Premium Design and Location in a House in La Roma

1. Events and gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $3,000 MXN fine imposed by the building management. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you check out later without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 MXN fine to cover cleaning and disinfection costs.
