1. Events and Gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $3,000 MXN fine imposed by building management. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior authorization will result in an additional fee of $500 MXN. 4. Property Access: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No Smoking Inside the Apartment: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, only on the terrace. Any violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 MXN fine to cover cleaning and disinfection costs.
