1. The maximum arrival time to check-in is 10:00pm. It is necessary to check with the host if you can arrive later and what the cost will be depending on the schedule. After this time, a fine of $3000 pesos will be charged if the issue was not notified and resolved beforehand. 2. Parties are prohibited, the administration is very attentive and will charge a fine of $3,000 in case of violating this rule. 3. Please be quiet between 9pm and 8am. 4. In case of leaving after the checkout time without authorization, an additional fee of $500 will be charged. 5. We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. 6.
