1. Events and gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN imposed by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 16:00. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. If you check out later without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will make every effort to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Guest identification: It is mandatory to send a photograph of the identification of all guests prior to arrival in order to access the property. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and maintain an accurate record.
