1. Access: At the end of your stay, you must send a photograph showing that all access cards have been returned to the safe. If any card is missing or lost, a fine of $2,000 MXN will be applied. 2. It is mandatory to send the IDs of all guests as well as the details of the car that accesses at least 1 day in advance. 3. Events and Gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN imposed by the building administration. 4. Check-in: Check-in begins at 16:00. 5. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. If you check out later without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 6. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 7. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs.
