1. Events, meetings and visits: Please note that parties and meetings are not permitted on the property. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you check out later without prior authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 MXN fine to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Amenities: Use of the amenities is subject to availability and may be closed for maintenance work without prior notice. Availability and access to amenities are not the responsibility of the Airbnb host, and any closure will not result in refunds or additional compensation.
