1. To use the pool, it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap. 2. Parties are prohibited, the administration is very attentive and will charge a fine of $3,000 in case of violating this rule. 3. Please be quiet between 9pm and 8am. 4. In case of leaving after the check-out time without authorization, an additional fee of $500 will be charged. 5. We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. 6. It is not allowed to hang towels on the balcony. The administration will charge a fine of $2,000 mxn. 7. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 8. Amenities: The use of the amenities is subject to availability and may be closed for maintenance without prior notice. Availability and access to amenities are not the responsibility of the Airbnb host, and any closure will not result in refunds or additional compensation.
