1. Events and Gatherings: Please note that parties and gatherings are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in starts at 16:00 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. In case of leaving after the check-out time without authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. To use the swim lane, a swim cap is mandatory and children must be supervised at all times. 7. Amenities: The use of the amenities is subject to availability and may be closed for maintenance without prior notice. Availability and access to amenities are not the responsibility of the Airbnb host, and any closure will not result in refunds or additional compensation. 8. It is not allowed to hang towels on the balcony. The administration will charge a fine of $2,000 mxn.
