1. Events and Gatherings: Please note that parties or gatherings are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $3,000 MXN fine imposed by building management. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior authorization will result in an additional fee of $500 MXN. 4. Property Access: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. We will make every effort to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 MXN fine to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Guest IDs: It is mandatory to submit a photo of all guests' IDs prior to arrival to gain access to the property, as well as their vehicle information. This is to ensure the safety of all guests and maintain accurate records. 7. Amenities: Use of amenities is subject to availability and may be closed for maintenance without prior notice. The availability and access to amenities are not the responsibility of the Airbnb host, and any closure will not result in refunds or additional compensation.
