1. Events, meetings and visits: Please note that parties and meetings are not permitted on the property. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in starts at 16:00 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. In case of departure after check-out time without authorization, an additional fee of $800 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Amenities: The use of amenities are subject to availability and may be closed for maintenance work without prior notice. Availability and access to amenities are not the responsibility of the Airbnb host, and any closure will not result in additional refunds or compensation. 7. Sending a photograph of the identification of all guests is necessary to enter the accommodation.
