1. Parties are prohibited, the administration is very attentive and will charge a fine of $3,000 in case of violating this rule. 2. Please be quiet between 8pm and 6am. 3. In case of leaving after the checkout time without authorization, an additional fee of $500 will be charged. 4. We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. 5. It is not allowed to use the property or common areas for advertising or content creation. 6. Amenities: Access to amenities is exclusive to Residents. They are not included within your Airbnb reservation and it is not the host's responsibility to obtain access. Any refusal by the building will not result in refunds or additional compensation. 7. ID's will be requested at the entrance of the complex and it is mandatory by the administration of the building to send them and arrive within the indicated schedule in order to be granted access. 8. No visits are allowed, under no circumstances will an exception be made. Any non-conformity will not give rise to refunds or additional compensation. 9. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and may imply an additional cost for the guest. 10. Biometric registration for elevator use is required Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. There is no check-in on Saturdays and Sundays. Elevator use is prohibited after these hours without prior biometric registration. 11. If registration is not completed within that timeframe, access will not be granted.
