Luxury loft with spectacular amenities

1. Events, meetings and visits: Please note that parties and meetings are not permitted on the property. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized departures after check-out time will result in an additional fee of $800 MXN. 4. Property Access: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 MXN fine to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. Amenities: Use of amenities is subject to availability and may be closed for maintenance without prior notice. The availability and access to amenities are not the responsibility of the Airbnb host, and any closure will not result in refunds or additional compensation. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in common areas is strictly prohibited. 7. All guests must provide photo ID to enter the accommodation.
