1. Events and Gatherings: Please note that parties and gatherings are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN by the building administration. 2. Check-in: Check-in starts at 16:00 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00. In case of leaving after the check-out time without authorization, an additional fee of $500 MXN will be charged. 4. Access to the property: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance reasons. We will do our best to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000 MXN to cover cleaning and disinfection costs.
