1. Parties are prohibited. Management is very strict and will issue a $3,000 fine for any violation. 2. Please maintain quiet hours between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. 3. A $500 fee will be charged for late checkouts. 4. We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. 5. The property and common areas may not be used for advertising or content creation. 6. Guests will be required to check in upon arrival and verify their identity as the person who made the reservation. 7. Visitors are not allowed; no exceptions will be made under any circumstances. No refunds or additional compensation will be given for any violations. 8. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, are subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. 9- If you wish to use the parking lot, it is mandatory to leave your car keys with the security guard, as the space obstructs a neighbor's access. Failure to do so may result in a fine of $1000 pesos for impeding the neighbors' movement.
