If approved, the corresponding fee will be sent for your confirmation. ⏰ Check Out Check out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a later check out, please request it beforehand. If approved, an additional fee will apply. If check out is not completed at the agreed time, a delay fee will be charged based on the extra time used. 🧹 Unauthorized Late Check Out Cleaning is scheduled for 11:00 AM. If the apartment is not vacated on time without prior approval, a rescheduling fee will be applied. ________________________________________ 🔄 Date Change Policy Any change to the planned check out date must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If the request is made with insufficient notice, a $55 USD rescheduling fee will apply to adjust the cleaning service. ________________________________________ 🚫 Visitors Gatherings or events inside the property are not allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may enter. If unregistered guests are identified, a fee of $15 USD per person, per reserved night will apply. Unauthorized visitors may result in immediate removal from the property. Penalty for non compliance: $300 USD. ________________________________________ 🚭 No Smoking Smoking or using tobacco products inside the apartment is not permitted. Penalty for non compliance: $500 USD. ________________________________________ 💊 Prohibited Substances The use or possession of prohibited substances is not allowed inside the apartment. If any concerning activity is reported, access may be granted to the appropriate authorities. Penalty for non compliance: $500 USD. ________________________________________ 🛗 Elevator Use The elevator is for personal use only. It may not be used for commercial purposes or moving furniture. Any bulky items that are not luggage must be carried via the stairs, out of respect for other building residents. ________________________________________ 🐶 Pet Policy • Pets are allowed only with prior approval and an additional fee. • A $55 USD special cleaning fee applies per pet. • If a pet is brought without authorization, a $500 USD fee will be charged. • Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. If hair, stains, or residue are found, an extra deep cleaning fee will apply. • If a pet relieves itself inside the apartment or common areas, an additional cleaning fee will be charged depending on the situation. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet in the apartment or common areas. • Pets must remain under control (leash or carrier) while in common areas. ________________________________________ 🔇 Quiet Hours Please avoid loud noise or staying in common areas after 9:00 PM. Inside the apartment, keep volume at a respectful level for neighbors. ________________________________________ 🔑 Keys At the end of your stay: • Lost or forgotten keys: $500 MXN / $25 USD • Lost electronic or security keys (cards): $450 MXN / $22 USD • If an extra set of keys is needed during the stay, the guest covers the delivery cost. Please note that replacement costs may vary; the amounts above are estimates. ________________________________________ 🧱 Property Damage The apartment is fully equipped for your use. All items must be returned in the same condition. Any damage must be reported, quoted, and covered by the guest. ________________________________________ 🛑 Loss of Personal Items The host is not responsible for lost or missing personal belongings inside the apartment. ________________________________________ 🧼 Mid Stay and Long Stay Cleanings For stays longer than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning is required to maintain the apartment in good condition. This service has an additional cost paid by the guest. ________________________________________ 🌿 Plant Care There are plants in the apartment that require weekly watering. By booking, you agree to allow a team member to enter once a week for plant care. ________________________________________ ⚡ Electricity Use (Long Stays) For stays of one month or more, we ask for mindful use of electricity (heaters, fans, etc.). If the electricity bill exceeds 35% of typical consumption, an extra charge will apply for the excess. ________________________________________ 🏛️ Property Responsibility The host and property owner are not responsible for any actions carried out by guests inside the apartment. ________________________________________ 🛏️ Bed & Mattress Damage If a bed or mattress is damaged or becomes wet during the stay, an additional fee will apply depending on the extent of the damage. If replacement is required, the guest must cover the full cost. ________________________________________ 🧼 Linen & Towel Damage If towels, sheets, pillowcases, or bath mats are excessively dirty, stained, damaged, or marked with makeup, an additional fee will be charged based on the level of damage.
