1. Events and meetings: Please note that parties and meetings are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine imposed by the building management. 2. Check-in: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. 3. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior authorization will incur an additional charge. 4. Property Access: We reserve the right to enter the property for security and maintenance purposes. We will make every effort to schedule these visits in advance and respect your privacy. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of MXN $2,000 to cover cleaning and disinfection costs. 6. No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on the property, this includes service animals. An additional charge will be applied for violations. 7. Damage to furniture or property: The care of the apartment will be your responsibility, as the furniture and finishes are delicate. Repairs or replacements for damages will be at your expense and charged at the end of your stay. 8. Video or photography production is not allowed. The apartment use is strictly reserved for lodging.
